About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support NYPA’s SAP financial application and its related modules (ECC & S4 Hana).
Coordinate and execute recurring system maintenance activities and system modifications.
Develop test plans and coordinate testing activities.
Manage system upgrades in collaboration with end-users.
Facilitate the transition of applications from implementation to post-implementation support.
Review system requirements and business processes, analyze and resolve business process issues.
Troubleshoot problems, generate periodic reports, and conduct data analysis.
Plan and manage small-scale system development and implementation projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required. IT related field preferred.
4 years of related experience preferred.
2 years in an applications development and support environment preferred.
Technical knowledge of all phases of software implementation and support.
Demonstrated proficiency on the M365 platform and services, virtualization technologies, storage and compute, cloud platforms, and infrastructure services like Active Directory, DNS, etc.
Experience with scripting languages and automation tools.
