About the role
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for external media agency partners, managing deliverables, timelines, reporting, and adherence to approved media plans
- Review agency outputs for quality, accuracy, and alignment with approved plans
- Monitor campaign performance against established KPIs
- Prepare regular performance summaries and reports for internal stakeholders
- Support insight development by compiling data, trends, and findings for review by senior leadership
- Track and reconcile media budgets across campaigns and programs
- Ensure spend aligns with approved budgets and flag variances or risks as needed
- Support internal budget reporting and documentation
- Work closely with internal marketing, digital, project management, and content teams to support integrated campaign execution
- Maintain clear communication, documentation, and timelines to ensure alignment across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in media buying, planning, or agency management, either in-house or at an agency
- Experience managing external vendors or agency partners and overseeing execution of media channels including Paid Social, Programmatic Display, OLV, OTT/CTV, Search, Audio
- Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and/or similar performance dashboards.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a solid understanding of key marketing metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with budgets, performance metrics, and reporting
- Ability to distill complex information and communicate it clearly
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across internal teams
