• Strategic Growth & Planning – Develop and execute regional territory plans that support new opportunities, service expansion, and renewals. Create clear systems to monitor referral activity, outreach outcomes, and territory performance.
• Partnership Development – Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with school districts, schools, state agencies, and community organizations. Educate partners on the organization’s solutions and services, and build strong support for our mission through collaborative engagement.
• Business Development Execution – Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, deliver tailored sales presentations that address district needs, and drive the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Recommend and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Data & Reporting – Provide leadership with detailed reporting on outreach efforts, pipeline progress, and territory performance. Offer data-driven insights that inform strategic adjustments and ensure alignment with fiscal and mission-based goals.
• Representation & Leadership – Serve as a visible ambassador at networking, community, and industry events. Model excellence in relationship management, communication, and organizational leadership, bringing an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to engaging diverse stakeholders and advancing our mission.
