About the role

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of our end-to-end O2Q process
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of Salesforce RevCloud
  • Propose and implement system enhancements and policy shifts
  • Create the "gold standard" for our operations by documenting future-state processes
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to translate complex processes into playbooks
  • Define and track key metrics to provide proof of improvements

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Improvement
  • Ability to use process improvement methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma)
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce; specifically, the ability to leverage RevCloud
  • Ability to define metrics, analyse data, and interpret trends
  • Skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
