About the role
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of our end-to-end O2Q process
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of Salesforce RevCloud
- Propose and implement system enhancements and policy shifts
- Create the "gold standard" for our operations by documenting future-state processes
- Partner with Sales Enablement to translate complex processes into playbooks
- Define and track key metrics to provide proof of improvements
Requirements
- Substantial experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Improvement
- Ability to use process improvement methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma)
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce; specifically, the ability to leverage RevCloud
- Ability to define metrics, analyse data, and interpret trends
- Skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
