About the role
- Assist the sales team by staffing the model and serving as a resource to the sales team.
- Staff the sales office location and provide exceptional customer service and information to visitors.
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Greet office visitors and clients as they walk into the office.
- Provide administrative tasks and marketing assistance to support sales efforts.
- Work part-time (around 30 hours/week) and handle high customer traffic environments.
- Build rapport quickly with customers and maintain a base understanding of reporting and social media technology.
- Work some Saturday and Sunday hours.
Requirements
- Availability M-F and some weekends.
- High School diploma required; some college preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or professional role preferred.
- Experience in sales, customer service, and/or real estate.
- Extreme attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
- Experience with MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Real estate license is a plus.
- Background checks required.
