About the role
- Monitor the leasing portal daily for new inquiries from rental sites.
- Respond to rental leads via phone, text, and email in a timely, professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings with prospects and on-site managers.
- Update the shared calendar with accurate showing details.
- Follow up with prospective tenants after showings to gather feedback and confirm interest.
- Ensure no questions go unanswered before or after showings—especially during weekends or off-hours.
- Provide regular updates to the team and property owners on leasing status and tenant feedback.
- Maintain organized records of all communications and leasing activities.
- Provide emergency support and quick responses (examples include providing lockbox info and coordinating last-minute showings).
Requirements
- Prior experience in property management or real estate leasing is required.
- Experience with Buildium or similar property management tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Showing Hero is a strong plus.
- Must speak fluent, clear English (C1 English level is required); submit resume and audio recording in English.
- Spanish is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and cloud-based tools.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond quickly under pressure.
- Availability Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time with weekend flexibility/on-call for emergencies and urgent showings.
- Candidates must be located in Latin America or the Philippines (location requirement).
- Must be willing to install work apps on personal phone for quick emergency response access.
