About the role

  • Join New Era Technology, a global IT solutions company with 4,500+ professionals
  • Support global hardware conversion project from Cisco to Arista
  • Assist in planning and executing global migration
  • Support configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Arista switches and routers
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers
  • Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures
  • Provide Tier 1–2 support during and after migration
  • Participate in testing and validation of new network designs and hardware
  • Ensure compliance with security and operational standards

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering
  • Working knowledge of Arista EOS and associated tools
  • Basic experience with Cisco networking technologies (IOS/NX-OS)
  • Understanding Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network security principles
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, NetFlow, SNMP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
