About the role
- Prepare and share data reports and visual presentations that highlight engagement, usage, and impact across schools
- Serve as a trusted partner to schools and districts — helping them understand their data and strengthen implementing strategies
- Manage 10-20 single-school accounts
- Provide hands-on support to key district accounts managed by Senior Directors of Implementation Success
- Conduct school visits, classroom co-observations, and coaching sessions in collaboration with instructional and professional learning teams to strengthen implementation quality
- Lead and coordinate special projects that advance the Program Success team’s goals
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field
- Experience working in schools — ideally as a teacher, instructional coach, or school/district support role
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data in ways that are accessible and relevant to educators
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Clear and engaging communicator who can build and maintain relationships with diverse partners
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets (Excel & Sheets), and presentation tools; experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus
- Deep commitment to equity, access, and supporting educators in improving student outcomes with a focus on growth for every learner
- Experience in a partner-facing implementation, customer success, or data coaching role
- Comfort facilitating data conversations with teachers or administrators
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
