Solutions Engineer

• Position NC as a long-term strategic partner and trusted engineering advisor on the region's most strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with engineering leadership and senior stakeholders
• Lead structured discovery sessions on strategic accounts, framing use cases that are technically feasible and commercially grounded
• Define the AI strategy and technical roadmap across the regional portfolio, translating NC's capabilities and product direction into credible, customer-specific multi-horizon visions
• Create and deliver compelling, client-tailored demos and presentations grounded in the client's engineering workflows, technically credible and aligned with the vision
• Create and co-own the Statement of Work, with deep understanding of the technical building blocks and how these transform the client's existing workflows

Lead Solution Engineer – DACH, Nordics

Revenue Operations

• Revenue Forecasting & Commercial Analytics — Own and maintain revenue forecasting models integrated with financial planning cycles, working closely with the Finance Director. Build and manage dashboards tracking ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, win rates, and commercial KPIs across segments and geographies. Develop financial scenarios to support pricing decisions, headcount planning, and growth investments. Translate commercial data into executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations for GTM leadership.
• GTM Systems & Technology Ownership — Own and continuously optimise the RevOps tech stack (CRM, BI, CPQ, enrichment, and revenue intelligence tools), ensuring data integrity, system hygiene, and seamless integration across platforms. Proactively identify, evaluate, and deploy AI-powered tools to streamline lead routing, pipeline management, contract workflows, and reporting. Partner with Sales and Marketing and IT and Systems teams to automate processes and eliminate manual work across the commercial funnel.
• Sales Process Design & Operational Excellence — Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes, from lead qualification through to contract signature and customer handover. Define and enforce deal desk workflows, including approval processes, commercial terms governance, and exception management. Work closely with Sales leadership to identify and remove operational friction slowing pipeline velocity.
• Commercial Finance Partnership — Serve as the primary bridge between the GTM team and Finance, ensuring commercial data flows accurately into financial models, planning cycles, and board reporting. Support quota setting, territory planning, and commission model design in close partnership with the Finance Director and Sales leadership. Build financial models to evaluate the ROI of commercial initiatives, GTM experiments, and market expansion scenarios.
• Go-to-Market Planning & Cross-functional Alignment — Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning, including territory design, segmentation, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure alignment on targets, timelines, and priorities. Own and evolve the commercial data model, from ICP definition and account segmentation to revenue attribution and performance benchmarking.

Revenue Operations Manager

• Own the product roadmap for your vertical solution, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Run customer discovery: lead interviews, validate problem-solution fit, and turn insights into a clear product strategy and backlog.
• Define and prioritize requirements, write specs, and make the roadmap tradeoffs that keep the team focused on impact.
• Use AI-based development tools and hands-on prototyping (including scripting) to de-risk ideas quickly and get working solutions in front of customers sooner.
• Lead and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers (CAD/CAE/ML) to take solutions from prototype to production-ready.
• Track adoption and value delivery across customer projects in your vertical, and feed those insights back into the global product roadmap.

Account Executive

• In this high-impact role, you will combine technical expertise and sales leadership to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and represent our technology to the leading engineering companies.
• We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with a solid engineering foundation who will identify, develop, and execute strategies to capture new business opportunities in Europe while strengthening relationships with existing customers.

Chief Technology Officer

• Own the CTO's calendar end-to-end: Proactively manage scheduling across time zones, prioritise requests, resolve conflicts, and protect focus time. Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) and external stakeholders to ensure meetings are well-prepared and purposeful.
• Plan and coordinate events: Lead the logistics of internal and external events involving the CTO, including team offsites, conferences, customer visits, and speaking engagements. Handle travel bookings, venue coordination, and on-the-day execution.
• Manage administrative and financial tasks: Process and track invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders related to the CTO's scope. Liaise with Finance to ensure timely approvals and accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare and organise key communications: Draft emails, meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up summaries on behalf of the CTO. Ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
• Act as the CTO's operational partner: Proactively identify and solve logistical or administrative bottlenecks before they arise. Handle ad hoc requests with speed and discretion, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.

• Design and execute the Korea field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing priorities and Korea sales objectives.
• Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account expansion for priority enterprise accounts.
• Plan and deliver high-impact field programs, including:
• Executive dinners and private roundtables
• Flagship industry conferences and selective trade events
• Account-based marketing (ABM) programs for top-tier accounts
• Creative, targeted field activations designed to reach senior engineering and business leaders at Korea's leading conglomerates
• Co-create and execute joint field programs with strategic technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Microsoft, AWS).
• Leverage local networks and institutions to expand Neural Concept's visibility.
• Own programs end-to-end: from concept and budgeting to execution, follow-up, and measurement.
• Track and report performance using pipeline influenced, and revenue impact.
• Act as the voice of the Korean market, sharing field insights, customer feedback, and competitive signals with the broader marketing and leadership teams.
