Chief Technology Officer

• Own the CTO's calendar end-to-end: Proactively manage scheduling across time zones, prioritise requests, resolve conflicts, and protect focus time. Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) and external stakeholders to ensure meetings are well-prepared and purposeful.
• Plan and coordinate events: Lead the logistics of internal and external events involving the CTO, including team offsites, conferences, customer visits, and speaking engagements. Handle travel bookings, venue coordination, and on-the-day execution.
• Manage administrative and financial tasks: Process and track invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders related to the CTO's scope. Liaise with Finance to ensure timely approvals and accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare and organise key communications: Draft emails, meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up summaries on behalf of the CTO. Ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
• Act as the CTO's operational partner: Proactively identify and solve logistical or administrative bottlenecks before they arise. Handle ad hoc requests with speed and discretion, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Executive Assistant – CTO

Marketing

• Design and execute the Korea field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing priorities and Korea sales objectives.
• Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account expansion for priority enterprise accounts.
• Plan and deliver high-impact field programs, including:
• Executive dinners and private roundtables
• Flagship industry conferences and selective trade events
• Account-based marketing (ABM) programs for top-tier accounts
• Creative, targeted field activations designed to reach senior engineering and business leaders at Korea's leading conglomerates
• Co-create and execute joint field programs with strategic technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Microsoft, AWS).
• Leverage local networks and institutions to expand Neural Concept's visibility.
• Own programs end-to-end: from concept and budgeting to execution, follow-up, and measurement.
• Track and report performance using pipeline influenced, and revenue impact.
• Act as the voice of the Korean market, sharing field insights, customer feedback, and competitive signals with the broader marketing and leadership teams.

Field Marketing Lead

Product Manager

• Engage deeply with customers — OEM engineering teams, simulation specialists, and program managers
• Translate customer insight, market signals, and technical feasibility into product requirements and prioritized roadmap decisions
• Own the product discovery process: design and run user research, synthesize findings across customer segments, and develop hypotheses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product decisions are grounded in real customer value and commercial viability
• Represent the voice of industrial engineers internally
• Track trends in engineering software, advanced simulation, and AI tooling to identify whitespace and emerging use cases.

Technical Account Manager

• As a Technical Account Manager, you will be on the front lines of deploying AI-driven simulation into live CAE workflows
• Lead structured discovery sessions with engineering and simulation teams to identify where Neural Concept can create the most impact
• Define use cases with clear success criteria, scoping, and business justification
• Navigate technical complexity and ambiguity to turn exploratory conversations into actionable programs
• Build success plans tied to measurable business outcomes (time-to-market, iteration reduction, engineering capacity, quality)
• Plan and execute software demos, prepare tailored presentations
• Monitor usage and engagement, identify risks early, and lead expansion motions alongside Account Executives
• Facilitate structured onboarding, technical deep-dives, and hands-on workshops to drive adoption and utilisation
• Coordinate with Application Engineers and R&D when deep technical delivery is required
• Capture product feedback, usability issues, and feature requests
• Maintain a tight feedback loop with Product and R&D to influence roadmap priorities

Application Engineer

• You will run projects together with our customer’s engineering teams, analyze and process engineering data using our platform and python libraries, and develop tailored solutions and workflows
• You will apply our machine- and deep-learning workflows to different engineering/physics problems, as well as deliver proofs-of-concept demonstrating how our technology creates value in CAD, CAE, and manufacturing.
• You will train customer teams to effectively use our methods and platform, ensuring smooth AI adoption into their workflows.
• You will work closely with our developers to translate customer needs and feedback into product improvements.

ML Application Engineer

Solutions Engineer

• Understand and shape customer strategy: Engage with senior stakeholders (VP, C-level) to understand their business challenges, articulate the value of AI-assisted design, and co-design high-level solution roadmaps.
• Design and deliver solutions: Translate business requirements into concrete technical approaches using NC's platform, working closely with customer engineering teams and internal developers.
• Drive adoption: Guide customers through AI adoption — from proof-of-concept to full integration — ensuring teams are equipped and confident to use new workflows.
• Be the bridge: Act as the link between customer needs and NC's product evolution, feeding insights back to our development team to continuously improve the platform.
