• Du entwickelst Kampagnenideen und setzt sie grafisch um.
• Du produzierst Content für unsere Kanäle (Instagram, LinkedIn & Co.) – von Reels bis Karussell-Posts.
• Du textest verständlich, charmant und auf den Punkt – für Newsletter, Website, Partnerkommunikation und Social.
• Du stimmst dich mit externen Dienstleistern ab – Druckereien, Fotograf:innen, Studios.

Executive Assistant

• You will be the CEO's right hand.
• You support Niklas in internal and external communications — from email correspondence to preparing for partner meetings.
• You take on your own projects and special assignments — research, conceptualization, implementation, and follow-up.
• You schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and events.
• You manage appointments and prepare briefing materials for decision-making.
• You act as the interface between the team, partners, and external stakeholders.
• You provide occasional support in communications and coordinate with the marketing team.
