About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You design our brand family — from social media posts and presentations to print products and campaign materials.
- You develop campaign concepts and translate them into visual designs.
- You produce content for our channels (Instagram, LinkedIn & others) — from Reels to carousel posts.
- You write clear, engaging, and concise copy — for newsletters, the website, partner communications, and social media.
- You coordinate with external service providers — printers, photographers, studios.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A design qualification or a degree in communication design / media design / marketing — or you’re a career changer with a strong portfolio.
- Mindset matters more than formal credentials.
- Confident working with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Figma, Canva.
- A good eye for typography, color, and composition.
- You immediately spot when something isn’t right.
- Some experience with social-media content, video editing, or motion design is a strong plus.
- You can write — not at a literary level, but well enough to make people want to keep reading.
- You work independently, think proactively, and contribute your own ideas.
- You enjoy a fast-paced, varied, and sometimes chaotic environment — but never boring.
