About the role
- Assist with post‑implementation system configuration and testing activities following established processes
- Gather and document business requirements with guidance from senior team members
- Participate in design and review sessions to understand configuration decisions and system interdependencies
- Support solution analysis by identifying risks, issues, and configuration readiness
- Partner with senior consultants to help resolve client issues and support ongoing system optimization
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and documentation of best practices
- Learn and apply Netsmart methodologies and post‑implementation support standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare information technology, systems support, or a related field
- Basic experience troubleshooting data or software applications
- Interest in process improvement and project‑based work
- Comfortability with working in ambiguity
