About the role

  • Work with the team to close $200,000+ ARR opportunities with the largest B2C brands in the world while providing regular updates to Sr. Leadership and strategic partners.
  • Assist with strategic content creation (one-pagers, slide decks, etc.) to demonstrate Netomi’s value based specifically on the needs of each account.
  • Shape executive-level AI transformation conversations and follow-up with prospective customers ensuring consistent momentum throughout the process Coordinate with customers’ working teams, stakeholders, and/or procurement to maintain momentum in active conversations and drive opportunities through the funnel with consistent follow up and execution of requested/required deliverables.
  • Lead the creation and presentation of custom product demos.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional deal strategy and help manage the implementation of customer pilots and POCs working with relevant teams internally.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years’ experience managing enterprise-level -GTM processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience selling AI-native or ML-powered products.
  • Experience selling into CX, contact center, or digital support environments preferred (Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys, etc.).
  • Travel will be an integral part of this role and will vary based on individual customer needs.
