- Managing the budget, scope, and timeline and reporting development progress to the stakeholders.
- Working directly with external clients - building long-term relationships, managing expectations, and having a business-oriented approach.
- Coordinating the development of design and software solutions, taking ownership of the overall project success with the support of a team and according to best practices.
- Motivating, supporting and guiding the project team.
- Creating or facilitating creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation when necessary.
- Looking for improvements and questioning the status quo.
- Being ready to face unpredictable situations and come up with the best solutions.
Requirements
- Have an in-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 2,5 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects.
- Are well-versed in the agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools - Jira, Pivotal Tracker or other.
- Have experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices.
- Easily understand clients’ needs in various business models and have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions.
- Have a proper technical knowledge allowing smooth communication with developers, product designers and QA specialists.
- Have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Polish (C1+).
- It would be a plus if you have experience in presales activities and can craft compelling offers.
- It would be a plus if you had Product Owner experience.
- It would be a plus if you were experienced in running courses/workshops/presentations.
- It would be a plus if you had experience in risk management and creating reports.
