💰 $230,000 - $340,000 per year

About the role

  • Establish a structured framework and apply operational rigor to each product domain/subdomain.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to implement & improve annual planning, quarterly planning, OKR & project tracking, communication, and collaboration.
  • Serve as an end-to-end Program Manager for high-priority initiatives that require dedicated support.
  • Aid Product Directors & Managers with tactical programming related to department & domain-level work.
  • Centralize information and increase visibility for product teams and stakeholders.
  • Support change management by helping teams adopt and effectively use new tools.
  • Collaborate with counterpart teams like CBP Engineering Technical Program Management and CBP administrative assistants.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of applicable program management experience in a Product organization.
  • Proven track record of improving operating models that stretch across multiple business functions.
  • Communication skills to clearly articulate and evangelize concepts across a wide organization.
  • Interest in and aptitude for learning new technology, specifically AI-powered tools and workflows.
  • Comfort using a variety of project management and product development tools.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management.
