- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in the end-to-end design and operation of Conversion APIs
- Deep technical expertise in managing distributed systems that create gold data sets through identity enrichment, attribution logic, and complex deduplication
- Hands-on experience managing teams working with real-time streaming technologies such as Kafka and Flink to process high-velocity event data
- Comprehensive understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape
- Strong proficiency in navigating global ads regulations and ensuring compliance with privacy laws and consumer consent choices
- Ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to grow engineering teams in emerging domains
