About the role
- Identify, prioritize, lead, and execute on research roadmaps that generate insights to inform product strategies across the company
- Partner with cross-functional teams at the intersection of Product and Content
- Define, design, execute, and socialize a range of research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future audiences
- Identify best practices in existing and emerging research methodologies
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of demonstrable experience in product research and/or user experience (UX) research
- Expertise designing and leading end-to-end mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) research studies
- A balance of creative and analytical skills
- Strong communicator with a bias toward action
- Passionate about translating findings into actionable strategic business recommendations
- An advanced degree in psychology, social sciences, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Global research experience is highly preferred but not required
- Familiarity or experience with futurecasting, design strategy, innovation frameworks, and research in emergent areas is preferred but not required.
