About the role
- Partner closely with Researchers, Analysts and external vendors to ensure seamless quantitative project execution
- Work with peers to define realistic research objectives and create project plans, timelines, and sampling strategies
- Review and optimize survey instruments for clarity, logic, and data quality
- Develop and refine sampling plans to ensure target audience representation
- Implement rigorous data quality checks to ensure all research activities adhere to privacy and compliance standards
- Proactively manage project budgets and timelines, anticipating risks and solving problems
- Identify opportunities to streamline research operations and introduction of new tools
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years in program or project management
- Focused experience in quantitative research operations or a related technical field
- Professional experience with quantitative research tools
- Survey and programming platforms (e.g., Forsta)
- Data visualization tools
- Program management software (e.g., Airtable)
- Foundational understanding of research quality principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in project management methodologies and documentation frameworks
