About the role
- Improve ad relevance for Netflix members and drive better advertiser performance by building state-of-the-art ads recommendation ML models and launching them as scalable products
- Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for ads scoring and ranking that is aligned with Netflix Ads’ broader business goals
- Deliver innovative solutions that empower advertisers and improves user experiences
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to define robust evaluation metrics for ads ranking systems and auction models
- Leverage data and analytics to uncover growth opportunities, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions about existing or new ad products
- Operate with an agile mindset, willing to rapidly prototype, test and improve our product offering
- Define how we will measure the success and effectiveness of our products, and drive the execution and continuous evaluation of those metrics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of successfully launching and scaling platforms
- Experience shipping 0 to 1 ML models and ad auction infrastructure that deliver significant and measurable impact
- Prior ads experience (ideally supply-side) is a must
- Prior experience with scoring/ranking models and/or instream video ads is a strong plus
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- A track record of analyzing customer feedback, market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation
- A curious mindset and a willingness to adapt and adjust in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
