- 10+ years of total experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Experience designing and building campaign management systems
- Proven ability to deliver APIs and user interfaces
- Experience building monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Familiarity with workflow automation, approval processes, and SLA tracking
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with building modern backend and frontend applications on cloud / AWS
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices
- General understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
