About the role
- Serve as the subject matter expert for key platforms like Jira, driving optimization, standardization of workflows, and dashboard creation
- Design and implement scalable operational processes across large technical organizations
- Partner closely with TPMs and Product Operations to streamline major planning cycles
- Own the central technical documentation hub, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for the organization
- Curate, organize, and maintain critical technical artifacts (e.g., architecture specs, system diagrams)
- Design, manage, and execute the standardized technical onboarding program
- Streamline the process for generating communications artifacts and improve the quality and readability of communications across the organization
- Collaborate with other internal teams and TPM organizations to identify opportunities for knowledge sharing and best practices adoption
- Evaluate, pilot, and roll out new execution tools and processes
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Program Management or Project Management
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels
- Demonstrated capability in initiating and driving operational processes (such as processes improvements, decision frameworks, and tooling evaluations) with clear outcomes and measurable impact
- Ability to manage ambiguity, streamline complex workflows, and continuously improve program management practices
- Experience using data-driven approaches for tracking program progress and reporting
