Develop and lead the local sales strategy for Netflix House Las Vegas, focusing on both attraction ticket sales, as well as event opportunities
Work closely with the global Experiences sales and marketing teams to align efforts and execute strategy
Build and maintain strong ties with local hotels, schools, universities, non-profits, tour operators, Las Vegas Convention & Visitor Authority (LVCVA),Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, Henderson Chamber of Commerce and neighborhood organizations to develop repeatable programs and partnerships
Create compelling offerings for corporate clients, including events, buyouts, hospitality packages, and brand-aligned activations, working closely with Netflix House programming team to customize experiences
Actively engage with Las Vegas convention centers, trade show organizers and industry association to secure group bookings and private events
Identify opportunities for group sales and partnership-based offerings to drive both short-term revenue and long-term loyalty
Support local in-market activations, community events, and on-site promotional opportunities
Align with key stakeholders across Experiences, consumer products, finance & strategy, legal, human resources, and content teams
Monitor and report on sales goals, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness, while continuously optimizing strategy based on data and insights.
Requirements
Demonstrated, 5+ years of sales experience in the Las Vegas market, preferably with ticket sales responsibility
Strong understanding of the Las Vegas hospitality & entertainment ecosystem to develop localized sales strategies
Expertise in interpreting and distilling a large volume of sales and customer data into actionable insights, including ability to accurately produce sales reports and effectively communicate sales patterns and needs to a wide audience
Excellent knowledge of creative marketing, distribution, publishing
Demonstrated legal knowledge for sales contracts and negotiations
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, communities, and cross-functional partners
Knowledge of marketing and sales trends in the LBE industry
Familiarity with event logistics, venue capacity planning, and staffing coordination for group events and buyouts
Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate, crafting custom experiences and bundles that make Netflix House the go-to destination for fandom-based gatherings
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital
Excellent organizational skills using digital tools and Google suite
Availability to support a 365-day attraction through flexible scheduling; this position balances a typical Monday through Friday work schedule with evening and/or weekend event support.
