Events

• Own coordination between marketing and commercial teams to align on event goals, messaging, pre-event outreach, and follow-up strategies that drive pipeline and revenue
• Develop and execute event and field marketing strategy, ensuring Netcraft is present at the most influential conferences, trade shows, and events
• Host and manage Netcraft’s own field strategy, hosting regional events and activations designed for high-priority target accounts, creating tailored experiences that accelerate relationships and pipeline
• Manage all event logistics end-to-end, including vendor coordination, booth design, promotional materials, shipping, travel, and on-site execution when needed
• Partner with Director of Demand Gen to own and manage the event and field marketing budget, making strategic investment decisions and ensuring spend is optimized for maximum ROI
• Track, measure, and report event performance, including lead generation, pipeline impact, attendee engagement, and ROI metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Drive event follow-up strategies in collaboration with sales, ensuring leads are nurtured, opportunities are created, and results are fully realized
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, digital, content, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that support events
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand Netcraft’s presence in key markets and industries
• Continuously improve processes, developing scalable playbooks for repeatable event success
