About the role
- Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for a small number of large, strategic enterprise accounts.
- Partner closely with your Client Executive to define and execute account strategy, pipeline development, and deal progression.
- Build strong relationships with senior architects, IT decision-makers, and technical stakeholders.
- Lead in-depth discovery sessions to uncover pain points and architect end-to-end solutions.
- Design and position solutions that integrate on-prem, hybrid, and cloud storage architectures.
- Support multi-million-dollar sales cycles, maintaining consistent engagement and technical alignment with the customer.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and partner teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical sales engineering, pre-sales engineering, or solutions consulting
- Proven success supporting Fortune 500 or global-scale enterprise customers
- Track record of architecting and delivering multi-million-dollar deals involving complex technical solutions
- Deep technical understanding of storage technologies and the components surrounding enterprise data infrastructure
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to simplify technical value into business impact.
