About the role
- Manage a portfolio of subsidiaries, particularly in India and APAC, ensuring ongoing compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Prepare and coordinate execution and filing of corporate documents, such as annual reports, amendments, and registrations with regulatory authorities.
- Assist with the management and coordination of corporate legal responsibilities with finance initiatives, including dividend declarations, intercompany loans, entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, dissolutions and other corporate transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience (+5 years) as a Corporate Paralegal, with a focus on international subsidiary management and corporate secretarial work in India and the APAC region.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, MCA portal, and compliance management.
- Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).
