About the role

  • Drive growth across named enterprise customers in your territory, identifying opportunities within existing accounts and selectively targeting net-new enterprise customers
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quota by expanding NetApp’s presence across multiple business units and uncovering new workloads
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and position NetApp as a strategic partner
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and internal teams to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to each customer
  • Build and nurture executive relationships to align NetApp’s offerings with key business priorities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive developments to strengthen NetApp’s position in the market

Requirements

  • More than 12 years of experience is preferred
  • A Bachelor of Engineering (or Sciences Degree) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field, is required
  • 12 + years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of closing/growing large accounts and identifying new business opportunities
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT, including storage, cloud, and hybrid environments
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, engage executive decision-makers, and drive strategic conversations
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for performance and execution
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative approach, working with both customers and internal teams to drive long-term value.
