About the role
- Optimize and maintain critical systems
- Quickly become the subject matter expert (SME) for one of nesto’s most important cross-functional customer support systems
- Growth Operations Managers and functional leaders will turn to you for answers on these systems
- Manage relationships with frontline teams to continually improve how our systems support team and partner experiences
- Collaborate across the organization to identify best practices and embed them into day-to-day operations
- Promote and deploy new AI-driven features that will dramatically boost user productivity beyond industry standards while ensuring top levels of security and customer experience
- Design and maintain operational dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools and reporting deliverables, combining multiple sources as needed
- Support increasingly large Growth Operations initiatives by coordinating tasks, timelines, and documentation
- Build relationships across the organization; work with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to implement process and tool changes and act as a liaison between these functions
- Own your improvement proposals end-to-end: from design through change management, supporting communications, training, and adoption efforts
- Learn and apply Growth Operations best practices for problem solving, prioritization, and execution
- Take a structured, process-oriented, and curiosity-driven approach to continuously improve our ways of working
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an operations, analytics, consulting, or business support role
- Ability to work on-site 3 days per week at our Montreal headquarters
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently while seeking support as needed
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset and comfort with spreadsheets, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Clear and thoughtful communicator, able to document processes and collaborate cross-functionally
- Attention to detail and strong execution focus, with pride in operational excellence
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business areas
- Important asset: fluency in French
- Nice to have: experience with customer communication tools (Front, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
- Exposure to SQL, Python, or other data and reporting tools
- Experience in mortgage lending, credit, or financial services
