About the role
- Responsible for preventative and emergency maintenance of all facility systems
- Maintain facility physical systems at peak efficiency
- Administer & document preventative maintenance for all systems & fixtures
- Oversee contracted vendor services for physical systems and fixtures
- Coordinate resources for facility construction or modification work
- Conduct special projects as assigned by facility Director
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering discipline preferred
- Required training, licenses and certifications for system maintenance; refrigeration certification desirable i.e. RETA, CIRO/CARO
- 5 years of progressive facilities management preferred
- Staff supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of facility & operational systems, including Refrigeration/ Ammonio, boilers, chillers
- In-depth knowledge of microcomputers, system operation/application software and local/remote communications
- Availability for 24/7 emergency coverage
