About the role
- Provide leadership to enhance safety of employees and environmental footprint
- Develop and implement corporate Safety, Health, and Environmental policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders for SH&E initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company SH&E policies and external regulations
- Lead risk assessment and elimination processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in SH&E related management and/or a scientific discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental roles
- Comprehensive understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and OSHA regulations
- Factory and Corporate experience and knowledge
- Good technical understanding of SH&E issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Technical writing skills
