About the role
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs
- Post job offers on various platforms
- Screen CVs, select and interview applicants
- Provide advice and follow-up with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure smooth administrative follow-up once the right candidate is found
- Update weekly vacancy overviews
- Monitor and evaluate interns' performance
- Organize intern integration events, networking sessions, and trainings
- Support initiatives that strengthen community building among interns
- Plan, attend and support workshops and events (e.g., Belgian job fairs)
- Assist in creating communication and visual materials
- Support the team in improvement projects
- Run and launch campaigns (e.g., videos, testimonials, interviews)
Requirements
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a strong command of English
- Have obtained or are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Exhibits trustworthiness with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and work with a structured approach
- Able to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing sight of details
- Strong communication skills, are proactive and able to work independently
