About the role

  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs
  • Post job offers on various platforms
  • Screen CVs, select and interview applicants
  • Provide advice and follow-up with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure smooth administrative follow-up once the right candidate is found
  • Update weekly vacancy overviews
  • Monitor and evaluate interns' performance
  • Organize intern integration events, networking sessions, and trainings
  • Support initiatives that strengthen community building among interns
  • Plan, attend and support workshops and events (e.g., Belgian job fairs)
  • Assist in creating communication and visual materials
  • Support the team in improvement projects
  • Run and launch campaigns (e.g., videos, testimonials, interviews)

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a strong command of English
  • Have obtained or are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • Exhibits trustworthiness with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and work with a structured approach
  • Able to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing sight of details
  • Strong communication skills, are proactive and able to work independently
