About the role

  • Support sales channels to deliver an outstanding and seamless customer experience
  • Maintain and continuously develop modern IT infrastructure, including POS systems, networks, and mobile devices
  • Manage IT asset inventory, including monitoring, lifecycle management, and timely replacement of equipment
  • Provide fast, effective, and user-focused IT support on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects and business initiatives
  • Communicate daily with international functional support teams
  • Participate in the testing, implementation, and deployment of new technologies and innovation-driven projects

Requirements

  • A college degree is required; relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ITIL certification) or a higher education degree in IT are considered an advantage
  • 1–3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably gained in an FMCG or similarly dynamic corporate environment
  • Strong English and fluent Hungarian language knowledge in written and spoken
