About the role

  • Acts as principal contact for Function Leadership team and IT stakeholders through the products and services lifecycle
  • Understands Business requirements and provides receivers with a consistent and effective experience in working with IT teams starting from the creation of (multi-) functional roadmaps to deployments, sustain and up to elimination of functional legacy solutions
  • Where applicable the FRM is accountable for the demand management processes within IT streams
  • Work closely with Finance Leadership team to define Joint Technology Roadmap- Inclusive of Legacy and Global Solution and will be a part for Functional leadership team and IT leadership team
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, plan, execute and refine strategy, definitions, and roadmaps to support the market’s digital roadmaps
  • Accountable for ensuring all applications within their market are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements, Business Continuity Plans etc.
  • Supports the prompt deployment of Global Digital T&P solutions and processes in the market and ensures proper knowledge build up during deployments
  • Responsible for tracking the Markets knowledge levels through relevant metrics and driving continuous improvement through learning modules
  • Responsible for operational support to the Technical function
  • Responsible for ISMS compliance for IT solutions in Technical function
  • Follow up progress of T&P initiatives with Market and BAM team
  • Works closely with Corp Engineers to ensure proper support of Automation layer for digital deployments
  • Provide support for Market Audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or IT related field
  • 15+ years of experience in Business operations/Factory and Projects
  • 4-5 years of proven experience of leading digital transformation
  • Strong working relationship with the T&P Business community across all levels
  • Interest in technology solutions to improve business performance
  • Stakeholder management experience with proven record of successfully managing complex stakeholder network
  • Experience working for or with a global matrixed organization including with virtual teams
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing processes & product categories within their Market
