About the role
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Director and broader HR team, including preparing communication memos, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR files
- Contribute to internal communication and assist in preparing HR presentations
- Assist in Work’s council and Prevention Committee administration by setting up minutes, and follow up on the official documentation to comply with
- Manage the purchase order process
- Report to HR Director and be part of the HR BNL Team
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, both written and verbal
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and service‑oriented mindset
- Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with Social Partners within a corporate environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or HR systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Eagerness to learn about HR processes, willingness to support various HR functions, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
