About the role

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Director and broader HR team, including preparing communication memos, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR files
  • Contribute to internal communication and assist in preparing HR presentations
  • Assist in Work’s council and Prevention Committee administration by setting up minutes, and follow up on the official documentation to comply with
  • Manage the purchase order process
  • Report to HR Director and be part of the HR BNL Team

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, both written and verbal
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and service‑oriented mindset
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with Social Partners within a corporate environment is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or HR systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn about HR processes, willingness to support various HR functions, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
