About the role

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports that summarize findings and support business decisions.
  • Work closely with various departments to gather data and understand their analytical needs.
  • Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budgets based on historical data and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the decision-making framework.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures as well as compliance to the Credit control policy.
  • Function as a co-pilot in the commercial organization in daily operations.
  • Provide periodic reports and financial information for sales management. Prepare monthly forecasts and facilitate sales meetings.

Requirements

  • A degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Three years of relevant experience in financial analysis or reporting, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across departments.
