About the role
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and service targets set for the store with the team
- Maximize customer frequency, sales and acquisition of new club members in-store
- Lead the implementation of company programs
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Recruit, hire and train the team
- Use tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address inventory and sales trends
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience managing a high-volume retail operation
- Strong team-building skills
- Effective time management
- Analytical skills
- Passion for coffee and sustainability
- Ability to stand for an entire workday and repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms (approx. 50 lbs)
- Experience in food service or the coffee industry is an asset
