Manage the day-to-day operations of Purina.ca, including content updates within Drupal and the coordination of third party tools to ensure accurate, consumer ready information.
Support the development and execution of Purina’s eCRM initiatives and the launch of the loyalty program.
Assist the Senior Manager with media campaigns that grow Purina Canada’s first party data.
Oversee social media strategy and execution and is responsible for managing budgets and purchase orders that enable the effective delivery of all programs.

Requirements

Completed a college or University program with a focus in digital marketing, communications, business and/or technology.
Experience working with Content Management Systems mandatory, ideally Drupal.
Experience with any of the following technologies strongly preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Power BI, Kwikee, Salsify, Wayvia (PriceSpider), and/or Bazaarvoice.
Knowledge and understanding of UX and SEO best practices.
Knowledge of CRM & loyalty best practices considered an asset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally with internal teams and external agency partners.
Excellent Project management skills and ability to follow through to completion with excellence.
Passion to build and grow digital channels, with ‘can-do’ attitude
Proficiency in computer literacy is a must: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other MS applications.
