- Planning an Integrated Commercial Plan for assigned customer
- Develop rolling monthly sales plan at Customer/Account level for the following 3 months
- Assortment Planning at Customer/Account level
- Develop Account specific Activation Calendar on a Quarterly Basis
- Achieving Volume Planned during OPL
- Planning & Execution of Account Specific Activation Programs
- Account Specific Customer Service Price Control & Stability
- Act as a single window Terms of Trade Agreement & Implementation
- Monitor, evaluate & Control CCS
