About the role
- Provide comprehensive Human Resources leadership and support for all salaried and hourly employees
- Translate HR strategy into effective execution at the site level
- Support organizational effectiveness and workforce planning
- Lead all core HR activities for the site, including employee development, employee and labor relations, policy interpretation, compensation administration, and compliance
- Build the talent acquisition approach and establish community partnerships
- Manage HR team members and coach, develop, and lead direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Master’s Degree level preferred in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology field
- PHR or SPHR through HRCI/SHRM certification strongly preferred
- 7+ years' HR Business Partner experience
- Experience in an HR Generalist role in a production facility or distribution center environment preferred
- Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, Investigation Skills, HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and workers’ compensation.
