About the role
- Developing & deploying category strategy to ensure continued growth in the country
- Lead the generation of shoppers understanding and interpreting relevant sources of information
- Monitor and report shopper trends, implications and opportunities
- Analyze and provide recommendations/action plans for country retail audit reports
- Recommend & execute optimized Pack Price architecture
- Define growth opportunities and main drivers for the category
- Partner with marketing, sales & finance to optimize promotion plans
- Efficiently drive availability & visibility in physical and digital stores
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
- 3 – 5 years of solid trade marketing experience with FMCG background
- Strong analytical skills
- Service Oriented, organized with robust problem solving and influencing skills
- Solid communication, and presentation skills
