About the role

  • Developing & deploying category strategy to ensure continued growth in the country
  • Lead the generation of shoppers understanding and interpreting relevant sources of information
  • Monitor and report shopper trends, implications and opportunities
  • Analyze and provide recommendations/action plans for country retail audit reports
  • Recommend & execute optimized Pack Price architecture
  • Define growth opportunities and main drivers for the category
  • Partner with marketing, sales & finance to optimize promotion plans
  • Efficiently drive availability & visibility in physical and digital stores
  • Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
  • 3 – 5 years of solid trade marketing experience with FMCG background
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Service Oriented, organized with robust problem solving and influencing skills
  • Solid communication, and presentation skills
