About the role

  • Execute the channel strategy across the cluster
  • Execute a compelling category story by being the go-to expert for the channel
  • Lead the category relationship with key customers & distributors
  • Ensure multifunctional input and alignment to the key growth opportunities and action plans
  • Enable the implementation of our PicOS (through 4Ps solutions) across the channel
  • Single point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams for Channel of responsibility
  • Deliver channel playbook to sales teams to include MSL / NPD targets
  • Lead and Maintain Channel KPI tracking through MBPC
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience within Generating Demand (CDT, Sales, A&P or Marketing)
  • Previous experience in CDT is a plus
  • Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's
  • Foundational understanding of Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby etc.
  • Strong teamworking skills.
