About the role
- Execute the channel strategy across the cluster
- Execute a compelling category story by being the go-to expert for the channel
- Lead the category relationship with key customers & distributors
- Ensure multifunctional input and alignment to the key growth opportunities and action plans
- Enable the implementation of our PicOS (through 4Ps solutions) across the channel
- Single point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams for Channel of responsibility
- Deliver channel playbook to sales teams to include MSL / NPD targets
- Lead and Maintain Channel KPI tracking through MBPC
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience within Generating Demand (CDT, Sales, A&P or Marketing)
- Previous experience in CDT is a plus
- Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's
- Foundational understanding of Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby etc.
- Strong teamworking skills.
