Generate net requirements to plants and vendors
Prepare the supply plan and deploy it in weekly/monthly buckets
Manage replenishment of R&P materials to meet customer demand
Analyze exceptions and adjust planning results accordingly
Collaborate with manufacturing to manage lot sizes, cycle times, and inventory levels
Challenge and support Demand Planner to improve accuracy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business or Economics
+3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, distribution planning, load planning, or/and logistics role
Experience implementing LEAN concepts and tools
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Knowledge of supply planning and associated tools (OMP, APO, SAP)
Knowledge of product portfolio, brand profitability, and E2E value chain drivers
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams)
