About the role

  • Effectively and efficiently communicate, facilitate, and prioritize all maintenance activities within your area.
  • Work closely with other supply groups, particularly Quality and Operations, to ensure consistent product quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Work as a team member within the maintenance department to improve the total reliability of the plant.
  • Understand maintenance principles and develop self and department work practices to promote a proactive environment.
  • Troubleshoot routine and non-routine issues and direct maintenance team resources towards achieving safe, timely, and cost-efficient solutions.
  • Train technicians in safe operating procedures, including continued input as appropriate regarding safety.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent AND 4+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, military or related environment.
  • OR Industrial Electricity degree or similar trade school certificate AND 2+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, military or related environment.
