About the role

  • Monitor the SAP CDC platform to ensure availability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Check and validate platform configurations, including data schemas, policies, screen sets, API integrations, and security features such as SAP CDC RBA (Risk Based Authentication).
  • Apply configuration changes and updates in alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents related to authentication, registration, and user profile management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and SAP support for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Perform routine health checks and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
  • Document configuration changes, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures.
  • Support new market rollouts or platform deployments, ensuring configuration consistency and quality.
  • Contribute to testing activities for new features or updates, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) or similar Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms.
  • Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, SSO, JWT, etc.).
  • Basic experience with JSON, REST APIs, and JavaScript-based configurations.
  • Familiarity with incident and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.
