About the role

  • Ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, in the right quantities and at the lowest possible cost
  • Conduct monthly forecast reviews in collaboration with Key Account Management (KAM), Marketing and Controlling
  • Regular alignment of current and forecasted demand, as well as long-term demand planning
  • Continuous monitoring and evaluation of inventory to optimize holding and transportation costs
  • Transparent communication regarding potential future supply issues or shortages, and support for decision-making
  • Coordinate the entire co-packing process as the central point of contact
  • Responsible for maintaining master data and workflows

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on Operations Management / Supply Chain Analytics
  • Some professional experience in demand and supply planning, ideally in the FMCG sector
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong affinity for numbers
  • Technical interest; very good Power BI, advanced Excel and SAP skills (particularly APO DP/SNP)
  • Experience and/or solid knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
