About the role

  • Updates account information, venue details, and program records in the customer management system
  • Responds to general customer inquiries ensuring successful resolutions
  • Handles account requests, including setup and maintenance, equipment service, accounting disputes, product tracking, and delivery claims
  • Conducts proactive sales and support outreach calls by tier
  • Implements sales tactics and able to identify opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers
  • Measures and reports weekly sales and activities to ensure KPIs and sales goals are met
  • Prepares and submits activity and results reports
  • Manages designated beverage business leads by qualifying and converting them to support new business activation

Requirements

  • 2+ years sales, restaurant, coffeehouse, or account management experience
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
