About the role
- Updates account information, venue details, and program records in the customer management system
- Responds to general customer inquiries ensuring successful resolutions
- Handles account requests, including setup and maintenance, equipment service, accounting disputes, product tracking, and delivery claims
- Conducts proactive sales and support outreach calls by tier
- Implements sales tactics and able to identify opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers
- Measures and reports weekly sales and activities to ensure KPIs and sales goals are met
- Prepares and submits activity and results reports
- Manages designated beverage business leads by qualifying and converting them to support new business activation
Requirements
- 2+ years sales, restaurant, coffeehouse, or account management experience
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
