About the role

  • To manage the modern trade outlets like Big Bazaar, Dmart etc.
  • Achieve the required sales target for the respective territory.
  • Ensure availability and visibility of Nestlé products in the outlets.
  • Planning an Integrated Commercial Plan for assigned customer.
  • Develop rolling monthly sales plan at Customer/Account level.
  • Develop Account specific Activation Calendar on a Quarterly Basis.
  • Achieving Volume Planned during OPL.
  • Planning & Execution of Account Specific Activation Programs.
  • Account Specific Customer Service Price Control & Stability.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress of Redistribution value and volume targets.
  • Present Account wise review on a Quarterly basis.
