About the role
- To manage the modern trade outlets like Big Bazaar, Dmart etc.
- Achieve the required sales target for the respective territory.
- Ensure availability and visibility of Nestlé products in the outlets.
- Planning an Integrated Commercial Plan for assigned customer.
- Develop rolling monthly sales plan at Customer/Account level.
- Develop Account specific Activation Calendar on a Quarterly Basis.
- Achieving Volume Planned during OPL.
- Planning & Execution of Account Specific Activation Programs.
- Account Specific Customer Service Price Control & Stability.
- Monitor and evaluate progress of Redistribution value and volume targets.
- Present Account wise review on a Quarterly basis.
