About the role
- Support the quality team to produce safe, compliant and a “First Time Right” product
- Ownership of the site's quality systems and external audits
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to review and plan quality improvement initiatives
- Review manufacturing records and conduct routine releases of finished products
- Provide expertise in the Nestlé quality system
- Manage key quality processes, such as sensory management, internal audits, document control, and third-party audits
Requirements
- Proven experience within quality assurance roles in a factory/FMCG environment
- Ideally holds a degree or equivalent in a Science, Engineering, or Quality-related subject
- Ability to evidence working with and improving Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / FSSC 22000)
- Ability to work with a continuous improvement mindset and engage with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to take a process, retrieve data, and identify opportunities and trends, with PowerBI knowledge considered an added advantage
- Proven SAP skills, ideally in factory or quality aspects
