About the role
- Lead operational excellence to deliver superior results to clients and external partners
- Improve business performance and the Nespresso brand reputation
- Deliver operational excellence across the supply chain and total quality management
- Ensure high third-party performance in delivery and services
- Manage facilities and office operations
- Promote a safety culture and safeguard the health and well-being of all employees
- Develop and manage partnerships with government and non-government agencies
- Design innovative solutions and translate the global strategy to local market needs
- Improve and implement efficient working methods
Requirements
- Bilingualism in English and French is required
- MSc/MA level in logistics, quality, customer service, or another relevant field
- More than 10 years of experience in operations management, supply chain, quality, and/or services
- Deep experience in logistics, customer service, and quality with a strategic approach, preferably within a luxury or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brand
- Experience in warehousing, delivery services, procurement, QSHE
- Extensive organizational and leadership experience
- Experience and certification in LEAN Six Sigma methodology
- Marketing and/or sales experience is a preferred asset
- Experience managing third-party providers
