About the role
- Maintain the reliability and functionality of in-house computer hardware and software systems
- Coordinate the deployment, installation, upgrades, and de-installation of desktop hardware and software
- Provide support for plant floor systems
- Install, configure, performance tune, administer, and troubleshoot computer-related hardware and software
- Comply with company data backup, disaster recovery, software licensing, security, and authorization policies
- Contribute analytical and technical expertise regarding in-house computer-related hardware and information technology
- Promote cost effective, high-performance computer technology
- Maintain accurate inventory of computer-related hardware and software assets
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years related information systems/information technology experience OR 2-year technical degree
