About the role
- Drive new business and grow relationships with clinics and clinical groups
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for sales and recommendation of the PRO PLAN and PPVD brands
- Achieve new clinic conversion numbers in line with targets
- Effective management of customer through optimised contact and visit strategy
- Acquire and maintain a high level of technical product knowledge
- Deliver tailored training to achieve sales and recommendation objectives
- Develop and implement jointly agreed Customer Business Plans
Requirements
- Business development experience essential
- Veterinary channel experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of Companion animals or pet industry beneficial
- Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable using other Microsoft Office programs - IT literate
- A proactive nature with commercial awareness and excellent numeracy skills
- Organised and adept at planning and prioritising workloads
- Ability to travel within designated geographical territory
