About the role

  • Drive new business and grow relationships with clinics and clinical groups
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for sales and recommendation of the PRO PLAN and PPVD brands
  • Achieve new clinic conversion numbers in line with targets
  • Effective management of customer through optimised contact and visit strategy
  • Acquire and maintain a high level of technical product knowledge
  • Deliver tailored training to achieve sales and recommendation objectives
  • Develop and implement jointly agreed Customer Business Plans

Requirements

  • Business development experience essential
  • Veterinary channel experience is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Companion animals or pet industry beneficial
  • Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable using other Microsoft Office programs - IT literate
  • A proactive nature with commercial awareness and excellent numeracy skills
  • Organised and adept at planning and prioritising workloads
  • Ability to travel within designated geographical territory
